Jeweld Returns and Exchanges

Each of our pieces here at Jeweld are individually made to order and we look forward to delivering you a piece you will love, but if for any reason you need to return you order, we will gladly accept returns on full-priced items (excluding custom designed pieces) within 15 days from the date you receive your package via delivery.

Unworn jewelry is eligible to be returned for exchange or return for store credit up to 15 days from the date the product is delivered. Returns are only accepted on unaltered items and must be returned in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on orders purchased on promotion and/or with a discount code.

If you would like to make a return, please contact us at info@jeweld.com with your order number and a copy of your receipt so we can advise you on next steps.

All returned items must be shipped in their complete original packaging with original tags and packaging attached.  Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on original shipping charges.
